End User License Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before using Selector Coin Pal. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and SELECTOR COIN PAL LTD for the Selector Coin Pal software application, including all associated assets and documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
License Grant
SELECTOR COIN PAL LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the App on Android devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Make one backup copy of the App solely for archival purposes, if permitted by applicable law.
License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any of its assets.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or branding within the App.
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization.
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or transfer the App to any third party.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with the App.
- Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
The App is licensed, not sold. SELECTOR COIN PAL LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of SELECTOR COIN PAL LTD.
- We own: all software code, algorithms, designs, animations, graphics, text, and other content in the App.
- You own: the lists and decision data you create locally on your device using the App.
User Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Selector Coin Pal is a fully offline application. It collects no personal data, makes no network calls, and stores all data locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
No Subscriptions or In-App Purchases
Selector Coin Pal does not offer subscription tiers, premium features, or any in-app purchase mechanisms. The full App is available free of charge with no paywalled content.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SELECTOR COIN PAL LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SELECTOR COIN PAL LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
Updates and Modifications
SELECTOR COIN PAL LTD may provide updates or new versions of the App through Google Play. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SELECTOR COIN PAL LTD operates. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
