1. App Usage

2. Intellectual Property

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on your own Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights are granted to copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works.

3. Privacy and Data

Selector Coin Pal does not require an account and does not collect personal information. The App does not include third-party trackers or analytics. 4. No In-App Purchases or Subscriptions

The App is provided free of charge with no in-app purchases, premium tiers, or subscriptions. All features are available from the first launch.

5. Suitable for All Ages

The App is appropriate for users aged 13 and above and is designed to be family-friendly. It contains no explicit or inappropriate content.

6. No Guarantees

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Randomness results are generated using Dart's standard random number generator and are not guaranteed to be suitable for high-stakes applications. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SELECTOR COIN PAL LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes and Updates

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect changes.
